What is PlyNet Home Service?

PlyNet Home Service is a prepaid pinless calling system. You don't need to enter pin number everytime you want to make a call unless you don't have enough credit. It is not a calling card and you get exactly minutes that we announce.

Who is PlyNet Home Service for?

PlyNet Home Service is for those that want to save on international and local calls. This is not a calling card and therefore we don't LIE to customer. If you want to hear 5000 minutes for $1, this is not for you. Try calling cards, they will announce what you want to hear.

How do I become your Home Service Customer?

There are two ways to become our home service customer.
1. When you call our access number, an account is created for you automatically. 2. You can also signup on our website.

How do I get my Login user name?

Call the access number and enter *9# while the system is playing "enter your destination number". It will announce your user login name

How do I get My password?

When you call Access Number for the fist time, Your Phone number is used as your password. You can login to change your password. If you call our access number first, you don't need to register online anymore.

How do make Payment or update my credit?

Please login to your account and pay buy paypal or credit card. You can also use our voucher to update your credit.

I call access number. I heard enter your pin number?

You will hear this message if we can not identify you. This happens when you block your phone number. Please unblock it and try again.

How do I use iNum 883?

How do I use your your digital phone?

We provide digital phone connection free of charge. You can buy your own IPPhone or Adapter from local market. We can also provide you an adapter at a reasonable price. You will need to buy a local phone number ($5) from us if you need one. We do support digital phone service for just $2 per month but you must buy Phone Number to qualify for customer support.

Do you support Callback?

No. This method is not a full callback because, you have to stay online, press some key to tell us what you want. Note that you will pay some money to your provider for connecting to our service if you are calling from cell phone. If you are calling from land line you can dial your destination without using the **# function.
